i have a question to jmxdoclet:
i am creating my first jmx mbean and looked at the xdoclet example contained in the mx4j package.
now as i understand it, i create a bean, put my jmx tag into the docs and let the jmxdoclet run...
this generates me description files and also the mbean interface. sticking with the mx4j xdoclet example, i have a file MyService.java and xdoclet generates me MyServiceMBean and MyServiceMBeanDescription.
My problem now is, that xdoclet always following warning:
[jmxdoclet] WARNING: Some classes refer to other classes that were not found among the sources or on the classpath.
[jmxdoclet] (Perhaps the referred class doesn't exist? Hasn't been generated yet?)
[jmxdoclet] The referring classes do not import any fully qualified classes matching these classes.
[jmxdoclet] Since at least one package is imported, it is impossible for xjavadoc to figure out
[jmxdoclet] what package the referred classes belong to. The classes are:
[jmxdoclet] MyService.java --> MyServiceMBean qualified to MyServiceMBean
As I understand it, this warning comes, as the interface MyService.java is implementing, is not existing before jmxdoclet has run clearly.
Can I simply ignore this warning (why is it then showing up...seems to me a general problem, because this should always happen for the generation of mbeans) or am i doing something wrong?
best regards and thank you for any help!
