Just implement javax.ejb.SessionBean, mark up your 
dao methods being remote / local as you see fit,
place couple xdoclet tags  on class level specifying
transactions and security roles - 
and enjoy the ride.

No, xdoclet will generate concrete session bean class
for you,  necessary interfaces ( home / remote / local
), utility class capable to perform jndi lookup on
client side....
