Am i right in assuming that you're used to using ant?
xdoclet is like a bunch of ant extensions, i haven't been using xdoclet=20=
very long but having used ant for a couple of years or so I haven't=20 found any of the problems you're talking about.
So what's the problem exactly?

This is a joke, isn't it? There is no word about the necessary ant versions, no word about calling a script or copying a file. Probably my computer resists about magic, it simply doesn't work by describing an obvious directory structure.
Has somebody an installation instruction which is worth the name?
