Okay, I found the solution in the JBoss forums.
JBoss-IDE adds the tags '@xdoclet-generated at ${TODAY},@copyright The
XDoclet Team,@author XDoclet,@version ${version}' by default to classes
it generates. This can be edited/removed. Xdoclet ignores and does
not process files that it creates - so I'm guessing the '@author
Xdoclet' tag is the guilty party here because removing these tags fixed
the problem.
