The WebSphere support is somewhat lacking in the current version, mainly because the only developer that was using it switched to another app server so we'd no way to test any changes. There's been nothing added specifically for WAS 5.0 (though if you attach the relevant DTDs to issue XDT-508 someone may take a look at it when/if they're not too busy). Otherwise, your only hope is if WAS 5 is sufficiently backwards compatible to handle the v4 descriptors produced by the current module.
