I am not having luck.
I added all the jars you had. And removed the old ones.
Then I created the target with this WLS part:
<weblogic
version="${weblogic.version}"
destdir="${gen_src.conf.ejb.dir}/"
xmlencoding="UTF-8"
validateXml="true" />
weblogic.version = 8.1
Any other ideas?

Maybe I had to make changes to some of the other jars as well, I can't
remember right know...
Here are all of the jars that I use right know to generate EJB's for
weblogic 8.1, you may try to change some of the others jars as well:

Please let me know if it doesn't work out.
