Sadly, all his value objects only contain collections of related objects. None of the beans on the many side contain the value object for the one side, so I don't have an example for you. I do recall that others have posted issues around this -- either it being difficult to manage or simply not working right. I can see how circular relationships could be difficult to maintain safely and recommend investigating if you *really* need this or can work around it. In my model, I don't use any "back-references" from the children to their parents, but the model is simple enough not to require them. Maybe you can do the same.
