You should be able to safely ignore this warning. I find that if only some of my classes need processing, I get more of these than normal. However, I believe that if you fully-qualify your usage (not just by importing classes in the same package but by always using the package prefix in the code) you won't see these messages. Hopefully one of the developers can give a more definitive answer.
