grab you xdoclet-plugins ( it's sourceforge project
at:
http://www.sourceforge.net/projects/xddoclet-plugins )

It's a maven reactor build, and it shall go smooth
through - dependencies are in stable form now and
available.

For EJB plugin you will need ejb-2.<something>.jar
( you will be bombed ) - but you may find it already 
on your machine. 

examples of new xdoclet invocation are inside3
maven.xml in root directory ( will also work for ant )
