Is it possible to reference a class as @hibernate.component when that class is in another jar file?
Let's say I have a class Company for which I want XDoclet to generate a Hibernate mapping file. This class has a component class Person which is in another jar file. The Person class contains a number of @hibernate.property tags (no class tag) and I want these to be included in the mapping file that is being generated for Company.
This works fine as long as both classes are in the same project, but how can XDoclet see the tags when Person is in another jar? Will I need to include the source in the jar or is there another way?
