Yeah, I've got them all working now. Ashamed to say, but I started to break my application down into a minimal example of the problem and it turned out that my packaging paths were one level off. Though there were other problems before when you suggested that my complete paths would be placed under the destdir ... and in some places I was doubling the paths in my absolute path name.
