Does the webdoclettask require a seperate jar from the xdoclet 1.2.1 jar? That class (the modules package, in fact) is not in the xdoclet 1.2.1 jar.
I found the lib download that has all of the "extras" -- my apologies if you were in the middle of writing a flame-mail.
