I actually don't know that... have u tried to search in the plugin.jelly
(for Maven, in XDoclet..sorry I don't have it on my current machine) for
strutsdynaformvalidationxml  ?  

the post from which I have seen that plugin was dated february 2004, if
it was supported at that time I guess with current version of xdoclet if
u pick the maven plugin that comes along with xdoclet it should be
fine..
