I have recently committed a major update of the IBM WebSphere module in CVS with support for WebSphere v5.x and v6.0.
Since the update is not part of the current XDoclet release (1.2.2) I have uploaded the jar-file, documentation and example code to a web page, http://www.callista.se/enterprise/downloads/XDoclet/modules/ibm/index.html, for XDoclet users that don't want to build XDoclet from its sources. I hope that WebSphere developers will find it useful and I'm looking forward to answer any questions regarding the updated WebSphere module and fix things that I have missed (given that they are reported in JIRA ;-).
