I affraid, you can not. Unless SUN publishes sources
of javadoc, and somebody fixes this tool. 
I recall there was possibility to silece warnings
about certain tags, but there is a lot of xdoclet
tags, and new come  around. ( and not only xdoclet
uses @-tags for various puproses ... )
