No Java 5 syntax is not supported by XDoclet (XJavaDoc) yet.
Unfortunately supporting Java 5 just doesn't seem to be a priority for
the XDoclet developers.
There's a patch attached to
http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/xdoclet/browse/XJD-41 that
apparently works OK (although it still has problems with some aspects of
the Java 5 grammar). Or you could try XDoclet2
(http://xdoclet.codehaus.org/).
