Yes, this is primary puprose of xdoclet ( it was
started as EJBDoclet )
And right now we lack manpower for EJB stuff,
especially JBoss modules. 
So you are welcome.

Check plugins interest mailing list - plugin
development happens there. 
This list is for xdoclet-2 core, which is pretty
stable and does not need a lot of attention.
