I have an ejb which extends another ejb in an external jar. When I deploy it I get error ....
The field(s) defined in com.syntegra.sbs.bg.bsd.entity.AFRWAdditionalInformationEntityPK of bean AFRWAdditionalInformationEntity should be declared as cmp fields in ejb-jar.xml AFRW... bean extends AFRO... bean and AFRW... bean has no fields. I manually fixed the problem by copying <cmp-field> entries from the ejb-jar.xml in the external ejb jar for AFRO... bean into the AFRW entity bean description in ejb-jar.xml of the main ejb jar. 64k$ question: What are the magic words to get ejbdoclet to do the same thing? Just an aside ? Is this a bug in my j2ee server, shouldn't it go look in the external jar's ejb-jar.xml for this information?
