Sorry, I'm the fool. During some testing of xdoclet, I had installed 
the xjavadoc jar to ANT_HOME/lib, and forgotten it. That was 
superseding the newer xjavadoc.jar in my xdoclet.classpath. After 
fixing that, the parser works correctly, with no errors.

...Now I just have to go figure out how to properly annotate my file 
to get a decent jboss-service.xml.
