Well, I've got to say that while I still use XDoclet with Weblogic, if I was coding the beans now, I'd be using something quite different. Basically, take a look at Spring, iBatis, Hibernate, JDO or EJB3. I'd be amazed if after checking out those, you still feel that EJB2 & XDoclet is the right way forward
