Well, I don“t know so much about XDoclet , but online documentation says:

@ejb.persistence , method tag

with property

read-only  (boolean).



I'll try to run it , and I got

<field-name>field1</field-name>
<read-only>false</read-only>
<column-name>FIELD1</column-name>

I guess it's not possible to set up different properties to set/get
methods, but I'm not sure
