As project was mavenized ages ago, one does not usually downloads anything, but specifies maven-2 plugin and necessary modules.
BUt if you like, there is distribution of plugins on sourceforge containing everything you need: http://sourceforge.net/projects/xdoclet-plugins Latest release is 1.0.4, , but we are preparing 1.0.5 release soon after harmonizing dependencies.
