1. during the upgrade on the beta3, it cannot upgrade the old xcp 1.6 to
beta3, there is no upgrade option
2. once upgrade and restore from pool-databasedump, the master can be
restored, however the slave failed to join and prompt an error
(note: it required to rejoin the host to pool after fresh install)

Object with type VM and id xxxxx/config does not extist in xenopsd"
