AFAIK, not, same stuff as with xcp 1.1 and others.
But if you ready to recompile xapi by yourself, you can use commits in
branch tampa-lcm as guide to see what has been fixed and take parts you
need. Other low-level stuff (except SM) you can freely take from
XenServer's updates (Xen hypervisor, dom0 kernel and so on).
