The referenced link supports the AR8162.  Other than that, you'll have to
find the driver individually and install (seen here:
https://www.centos.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=39433)

I'd try to get the card working under a vanilla Centos 5 install before
provisioning any VMs, obviously.
