I'm under the impression that the only Nvidia cards that officially support GPU passthough are the cards from their "multi-OS" line of Quadro cards, which doesn't seem to include the Quadro 600 and K600 cards.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/sli_multi_os.html Here are a few more links to pages suggesting the Quadro 600 doesn't (readily) support GPU passthough: http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Xen_VGA_Passthrough_Tested_Adapters http://phoronix.com/forums/showthread.php?57068-Xen-VGA-passthrough-is-the-way-to-go!!!&p=284848#post284848 For what it's worth, my meager Gigabyte Radeon HD 6670 (about $60) supports GPU passthrough on XCP 1.6 from a Windows 7 64-bit guest with reasonably good 3D acceleration. I'd wager that you could do even better with a HD 6770 or HD 6870.
