Are there any other views? Given that everyone else seems to have voted or 
voiced on the proposal already (I need to double check). Assuming that Stefano, 
was the only person who objected and that otherwise there was consensus, I 
would suggest the following.

Wait for another week for additional views
Then summarise who voted in which way, and depending on it either call a formal 
vote (if there is any doubt) or declare the proposal as accepted.
