Hi Xapi. CA-10471, moving NFS to softmounts, therefore files from loopbacks to blktaps.
This is my present patch to get the loopback code out of the way, for review. At this point there's probably a lot more one could remove, from the respective hotplug parts to most of the storagetype/containerformat/phystype mappings. Not tried here. Would we want to? Thanks.
