If this is a clean install, it's all been done for you already, you
would want to download this BASE ISO.

Burn it to a CD/DVD, boot from it install away. If you want something
other than XCP then I mistook what you really wanted.
If you are using a Ubuntu or Debian kernel then you need to get a DOM0
kernel installed instead of the one you are using, that is compatible
with whatever linux verison you are using.
