Oops, that was a mistake with git-format-patch, I expect. The 6th patch in this series was https://xenbits.xen.org/gitweb/?p=xen.git;a=commitdiff;h=5504b16eea5e661b67d4fba3cf9283d85b9dd3dc but I ended up submitting it separately. ~Andrew
