Notes of an irc discussion, for the record:
11:51 <Diziet> liuw: We agreed about minios: we are going to defer branching
until it turns out to be necessary. Config.mk will continue to
refer to a specific commit id until just before release.
11:51 <Diziet> When we commit to particular versions of everything for release
I will make tags in all those trees including minios and update
4.6's xen.git Config.mk to refer to those tags, along with the
other bookkeeping changes to xen.git#staging-4.6 for the actual
release.
