Commit e170622f95 ("xen/arm: p2m: Re-implement p2m_set_mem_access using p2m_{set,get}_entry") eliminated the only user of level_sizes[], causing gcc6 to warn about the unused variable (as it's a const one older gcc versions apparently don't care to emit a warning).
