FTR - presumably another instance of the flush_area_mask() lockup
that was first seen in flight 118594 on master. I still have no idea
what's going on, nor how to go about debugging this (other than
adding "async-show-all", as already suggested in the reply to that
other flight report). There were no recent changes to the flushing
logic on this branch, so I wonder whether some pre-existing timing
window has got larger with the Meltdown or Spectre mitigations.
