0b000a2ce813 ("xen: rework `checkpolicy` detection when using "randconfig"")
It boil down to adding "CONFIG_XSM_FLASK_POLICY=n" via
KCONFIG_ALLCONFIG option. The macro $(filechk_kconfig_allconfig,) does
the job.
