It says: The kernel.org endpoint can only be used for kernel.org-hosted projects. If there are no recognized mailing lists in the to/cc headers, then the submission will be rejected. If I want to test the email sending service, how could I test it with sending just to myself? Maybe it allows only sending to the sender.
