I have also a slight preference for using vCPU over VCPU.

Just fyi, I see vCPU and VCPU used interchangebly.
xen/arch/arm/include/asm/new_vgic.h uses VCPU.
xen/arch/arm/vgic-v2.c uses vCPU.
