Specifically, rebuilding the container for staging has a side effect of jumping the toolchain version under all stable trees. Qemu rebuild their containers as the first pipeline stage, and while I think that's overkill, I was going to see if I could turn it into a weekly(?) scheduled job. ~Andrew
