At the moment, we hide PMU's from domain 0 and XEN boot fails on platform[1] where DTS contains "arm,cortex-a53-pmu" as compatible string for PMU node.
This patch simply adds "arm,cortex-a53-pmu" to list of blacklisted PMUs.
