The drivers are integrated into the Solaris ON source
tree under usr/src/uts/common/xen/io/ and
usr/src/uts/i86xpv/io/. There are built when you
build Solaris.

The VBD is xbd(backend) and xbf(frontend) and the
VNIF is xnf and xnb*.c

e.g.

http://cvs.opensolaris.org/source/xref/onnv/onnv-gate/usr/src/uts/common/xen/io/

   VNIF frontend

http://cvs.opensolaris.org/source/xref/onnv/onnv-gate/usr/src/uts/common/xen/io/xnf.c
