The system she is referring to has no service "online". They say:
disabled svc:/system/xvm/domains:default disabled svc:/system/xvm/store:default disabled svc:/system/xvm/console:default disabled svc:/system/xvm/xend:default The *console and *xend can be enabled, but will not start.
