Gurus,
i triy to get debian 4 and xubuntu running as DomU, but what is wrong with this
config file? installation always hangs after first screen and DomU crashes.

system is with intel xeon 5335 with VT

config file:

disk = [ 'file:/export/home/debian-40r2-amd64-netinst.iso,hdb:cdrom,r',
'file:/export/home/debian-disk.raw,hda,w' ]

memory = 1024
name = "Debian"
vcpus=2
kernel = "/usr/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader"
builder='hvm'
vif = [ 'type=ioemu,bridge=e1000g1' ]

on_poweroff = 'destroy'
on_reboot   = 'restart'
on_crash    = 'preserve'

boot='d'
vnc=1
vnclisten="0.0.0.0"
vncpasswd=''
serial='null'
usb=1
usbdevice="tablet"

device_model = '/usr/lib/xen/bin/amd64/qemu-dm'

remark:
debian-disk.raw was made with qemu-img

I have got Win XP and Vista running as DomU, but no chance with Linux! Is there
a simple recipe for running linux as DomU?

thanks for helping a bloody novice!

best regards

jo
