Actually, it's  well known procedure for FC6 DomU.
However, F7 DomU doesn't have sample ~/.vnc/xstartup.
I just picked it up from old FC6 instance on another box
and hopelessly placed on F7 DomU. As appears it still works 
for F7 DomU. I would wonder how about F8 ?
