On Dom0 side:- # svccfg -s xvm/xend setprop config/default-nic="bnx0" # svcadm refresh xvm/xend # svcadm restart xvm/xend Would try on Winxp HVM DomU side:- Control Panel->Network Connections Right click on Network Connection (xnf0) -> TCP/IP properties. Most probably was set to DHCP.
