I have an Ultra 20 M2 (Large configuration) and it has been good to me
since I bought it in September. It's not the most up to date, but it's
certainly the most reliable and almost most compatible system I've had
for a few years. For Solaris/OpenSolaris, it works like a dream :-)

You can stock them with 8GB ram, and can probably get away with using
1tb disks on them, even though Sun says 500GB, which is what I have in
addition to the standard 250gb that comes with the large configuration.
Anyways, all-around, I've became hard pressed to find something
comparable in spec that isn't Dell or something you probably shouldn't
trust. I honestly trust this machine, I've always liked Sun's hardware
for the most part.
