OpenSolaris Developer Edition (SXDE) released quarterly has available support from Sun near or identical to regular Solaris 10, but a new SXDE with xVM bits has not been pushed out yet. OpenSolaris Community Edition (SXCE) is supported by the community, but has many Sun employees to back it. Solaris 10 does not have xVM, nor will it have it in any update for the coming year or longer. It won't be until Solaris 11 (Or whatever Sun wants to call it) that xVM and the many enhancements to desktop and notebook experience will be integrated into the mainline off-the-shelf distribution. (Maintainence vs. Feature streams for former SGI customers is the lingo)
