In general, creating PV guests   for  Linuxes, Solaris distros
requires   particular distro to have Xen-enabled kernel , which would able 
running  at DomU, properly communicate  with  Xen Hypervisor running at  Linux 
or Solaris Dom0.
So, the first test for SNV  (build 66,75A and higher ) is to paravirtualize  
itself 
or build between 75A and 81 , but different from installed at Dom0 . 
Fedora 7(8) DomUs maybe also created at SNV81 Dom0 without problems.
Creating NW DomU at SNV81 Dom0  is not trivial task ,please, view link above
in regards of NW DomU  at Linux Dom0.
