This would allow you to run PV domUs for the OSes that support it (Solaris and 
Linux) as well as Windows machines.  If you have HVM-capable hardware, you can 
do all that with Xen.  If you have older hardware, you need something like 
VirtualBox to run Windows.

Running multple levels of virtualization can be useful.  I regularly run Xen 
inside a VMware instance on a Linux machine.  This lets me do Xen development 
and testing on the same system without having to reboot the whole machine all 
the time.  Obviously I can't use HVM in the Xen machine, but PV works just fine.
