As far as i understood original message, Xen 3.2 64-it was installed on CentOS 
5.1(xen disabled i would guess). So, CentOS 5.1 embedded Xen version
shouldn't be a matter. Personally, i've only installed Xen 3.1 64-bit on CentOS
5.0 (x86_64) targeting task different from S10 U4 HVM install.
