Hi Dean, The article in my blog is to get access to CDE login on Solaris *para virtualized domU*. (I am using LCD monitor for my domain0).
If you start HVM domU, it will automatically start graphical console either using sdl or vnc. If you are using Blade 6000, try to use remote KVM to get graphical console.
