Now I'm on cable, and it does go out sometimes, but downloading 3gb every two weeks doesn't bother them, nor does it make me "fap" (Fair Access Policy) violation. I haven't had the issue with either connection downloading OpenSolaris ISO's. Right now I'm pulling 344kb/s (Of a 365kb/s capacity, 3mbit) off Sun's mirror.
